Privacy policy

We take your privacy very seriously. We realize that you are entrusting us with your personal details and we make absolutely sure that those details remain private and secure. All of your personal and financial information is completely confidential. We do not share your information with third parties nor do we use it for any purpose other than that for which it was originally intended.

Security

We use the most advanced encryption technology to ensure that sensitive data is transferred securely over the Internet. All communication is encrypted using Comodo SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer), which is the most widely accepted method of protecting data on the Internet. Each time you log into the system, our server automatically detects your IP. This is to assure consistency of the locations from which you log in. All of your personal details are stored on a secure server, which is protected by the latest Firewall system. The data transmitted to/from payment providers and vice versa are electronically signed. Conditions of Sales

1. These Terms and Conditions will apply to all sales of flight tickets by us (“Tiesiai.lt”) to you (“buyer”) and will prevail over any other documentation or communication from you.
2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, tickets are supplied by Tiesiai.lt only on these conditions and no variation thereto shall have effect.

Prices

1. The prices of the air transportation will be clearly stated on the Website and will be inclusive of sales tax or delivery charges.
2. The total purchase price, including sales tax and any delivery charges will be clearly displayed to the buyer prior to the point of confirming the order.

Reservation and Ticketing

1. Tiesiai.lt accepts orders through its secure Website Shopping Cart.
2. All rules of flight tickets are created and provided by the respective airlines and are taken directly from that airline database or from Global Distribution System (GDS) with rules being provided to that GDS directly by the airline. Tiesiai.lt has no power to amend rules provided by the airline.
3. Flight ticket rules will be clearly displayed to the buyer prior to the point of confirming the order.
4. Each unpaid order is valid until 15:00 hrs of the last ticketing date as provided by the respective carrier. This last ticketing date will be shown to the buyer before confirming the order. If money are not received by us before 15:00 hrs of that last ticketing date, the order becomes invalid and will be automatically cancelled. Sometimes respective carrier could alter last ticketing date. Should airline decide to shorten a time for keeping of unpaid reservation, you will be informed about that separately. Tiesiai.lt has no power to alter that requirement.
5. If buyer places an order through Tiesiai.lt, he will be drawn to an order confirmation page and will receive an automatically produced E-Mail to acknowledge the order.
6. Each order duly paid before 15:00 hrs of the last ticketing date, shall be ticketed. If order is duly paid before 15:00 hrs of the last ticketing date, the buyer will be drawn to the payment confirmation page and will receive a flight ticket and payment confirmation by the E-mail.
7. Each issued ticket constitutes a contract between the passenger and the airline. In the case of carriage to be performed by various successive carriers, each carrier who accepts passengers or luggage for transportation is deemed to be one of the contracting parties to the contract of carriage.

Cancellation and refunds

It is possible to cancel unpaid order with no fee. However if flight ticket is issued, respective carrier rules and cancellation conditions will apply for any alteration. Please contact us should you need a copy of these rules. Tiesiai.lt is not able to alter any rules. However if any changes or refunds are allowed by rules, these changes or refunds will be done if requested by the passenger and upon payment of the respective fee if any fee is declared on the above carrier rules.

Payment

All financial transactions will be performed by travel agency “West Express”. All prices shown will be in LTL currency. Transactions will be processed using the latest SSL-128-Bit-encryption.Your credit card bank statement will show a purchase at "Descriptor". Your credit card will be charged directly with the purchase. All payments duly performed before 15:00 of the last ticketing date will be immediately ticketed. All the inquiries will be replied to within two working days.

Liability

1. Tiesiai.lt must provide a passenger with a flight ticket if order was duly paid before 15:00 hrs of the last ticketing date. We must also inform a passenger should airline initiate any change of the booking and coordinate any changes between the passenger and the airline.
2. Each issued ticket constitutes a contract between the passenger and the respective airline. The liability of the respective airline is stated at the respective airline Conditions of Carriage, Montreal Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air, EU Regulation 261/2004.
3. If passenger has a claim related to air transportation, damage, delay or denied boarding or any other kind of compensation, this claim must be addressed to the respective carrier. Please kindly contact us should you need an information where claim has to be sent.
4. Tiesiai.lt is a travel agency and can not be liable for carrier obligations.
